We are looking for a Technical Support Team Lead with a passion for IoT and Data technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a drive to enhance customer experience. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless deployment and ongoing support of our advanced tracking and monitoring solutions.
What you'll do & Responsibilities:
● Bethe go-to technical expert for complex challenges, providing hands-on technical support to resolve high-level issues.
● Lead technical support processes by defining best practices, setting KPIs, and implementing scalable workflows.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, and Customer Success) to address customer feedback and drive meaningful improvements.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with global field teams to support solution rollouts and ensure seamless integration.
● Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the excellence of the entire organization.
● Document technical solutions and knowledge for both internal teams and customer-facing resources.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
● 5+years of hands-on experience in Technical Support or a related technical role, ideally within IoT, Embedded Systems, or Communication Protocols.
● Proven expertise with communication protocols and embedded solutions.
● Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to trouble shooting.
● Strong leadership and communication abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring team members.
● Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements in a technical support environment.
● Experience working with global teams and influencing cross-functional collaboration.
