Backend Team Lead
We’re seeking a talented and passionate Backend Team Lead with exceptional technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to join our innovative team. What you'll do
● Be a part of transforming global supply-chains and logistic operations
● Help build the company’s next generation of asset intelligence solutions
● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software components and applications
● Lead and manage a small team of backend developers, offering mentorship and technical direction.
● Lead the team
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,including hardware, QA, and product, to deliver end-to-end solutions
● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented codefollowing software engineering best practices
● Work with the latest technologies in webdevelopment and cloud technologies
● Stay up to date with industry trends and latesttechnologies to incorporate them into product development
● Focusing on developing real-time and server-sideIoT tracking and monitoring applications
Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in backend softwaredevelopment
● Experience with modern scalable cloudtechnologies, particularly on Azure Cloud or similar platforms
● Strong understanding of software designprinciples, Microservices, Kubernetes, Algorithms, and data structures
● Understanding of best practices for buildingScalable applications with peak performance and reliability
● Experience with leading a small team of developers
● Proficiency in programming languages like C#(mandatory) and NodeJS,
● Experience in .NET Core or equivalent frameworks
● Familiarity with modern web applicationdevelopment and API integration
● BSc degree or equivalent
● Strong problem-solving skills, a proactiveattitude, and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative teamenvironment
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Ability to adapt to and master new technologiesrapidly
● Experience with web-based application development,IoT solutions or real-time systems is an advantage
