01 What you’ll do
Event Organization
- Manage logistics for industry events, including registration, meeting scheduling, giveaway coordination, and on-site hospitality arrangements.
- Support event marketing efforts, including pre-event campaigns, specialized newsletters, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and return on investment.
Brand Positioning
- Support brand-building initiatives, including website updates and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
Social Presence and Campaign Management
- Oversee campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and performance optimization.
- Manage ongoing social content, ensuring alignment with company messaging and goals.
- Manage HubSpot campaigns, including tracking performance, refining strategies, and generating actionable insights.
- Monitor and manage new leads through HubSpot, building targeted prospect lists to support sales.
- Manage monthly Mailchimp campaigns, coordinating content and visuals, creating targeted recipient lists, and tracking campaign performance metrics.
02 What you need for this role?
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the tech industry (B2B or SaaS is a plus).
- High proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and Mailchimp.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset and an organized approach to task management.
